Eugene Melino lives and writes in New York City, where he covers the City's
burgeoning Indie music scene.
Born and raised in The Bronx, he has taught high school English, worked
as a corporate middle manager, started dot.com in the late 90s (who
didn't?), and served as a political organizer for the social justice
campaign of New York City's progressive interfaith community during the
2004 presidential election.
He is currently working on a novel about faith, politics, romance and
music called, Father, Save Me from this Hour. He's also an amateur
biblical scholar and is working on a translation of the Letters of John.
He is neither fundamentalist nor conservative in any sense of those
words.
