Melvin Slavick has created beautiful pieces of art: sculptures of
well-known people's hands; fully cast in marble stone. These sculptures will go on a year-long tour around the U.S. for free viewing at museums, colleges and shopping malls. "Helping Hands of America" will conclude with a public auction, the proceeds going to each of the celebrity's chosen charity.
