The Concept of Disabilities Disappears
During America's Independence Day weekend, New York City hosted OP 2000, featuring "the most prestigious sailing event of the year," Tall Ships 2000. Native New Yorkers mingled with world travelers as together they watched this breathtaking parade of vessels navigating Manhattan's waterways.

One of these ships contained a crew that included people in wheelchairs, the visually impaired, and those with hearing difficulties.
